Younger Than Beyoncé (YTB) Gallery was founded in Toronto in 2014 as a project space exploring the unique needs and challenges for artists born after 1981. Our practice builds an art ecosystem that supports collaboration instead of competition between early-career artists. Instead of fast-paced cultural programming, we focus on supporting collaborative practices and building supportive ecosystems in Tkaronto (Toronto), Canada, and internationally. YTB is Geneviève Wallen, Marjan Verstappen, Marsya Maharani, and Michael Magnussen.
