While drafting our plan for Momentum 12, we mapped meeting places in Moss. Coffee shops at malls, the ice ring, the Moss Train Station's waiting hall, and the church's courtyard. These places, in the city center hosted conversations, gazes,whispers, encounters, or, as Ida said "small gestures". If the Biennial was a body, how could it approach other bodies with small gestures?
